The following factors have an influence on the shipping time:

When was the order executed? To which country is the delivery made? Was ordered? Current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We ship your order from our German mail order company, and if the demand is too high, from our international mail order company. Therefore, the average shipping time is usually one week.
